Our standard shipping method is 2 business days for orders placed before 4:00 PM Central Standard Time providing your items are in stock and available for shipping. Orders placed after 4:00 PM may also be shipped when online orders are confirmed by phone call to our Toll Free Customer Service number at 888-442-4247. Need rush over night delivery? We offer it! Again, when placing urgent orders after 4:00PM Central Standard Time, please call to confirm availability. We will make every effort possible to accommodate your urgent needs.

Payment Methods:

If you are interested in purchasing anything on this site, you may do so by adding the item to your shopping cart. We entrust PayPal Business Services to process your orders quickly and securely using your existing Paypal account. Need a Paypal account? Get one quickly during check-out, or we also accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express and most other major bank cards at time of check out.

Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.

Tool Warranty:

We import ONLY the best and most newly designed tools available. Our Tools are extensively tested for performance and reliability. Hair Extension Professionals demand Tools that are capable of absolute best performance. Replacements due to defect must be returned in original packaging with customer information included with shipment to identify return sender. Return sender must pay shipping fee associated with return. Replacements will be shipped back to you at our expense.

Exchange Policy:
We stand behind our products! All of our hair is checked thoroughly for high quality, We sell only AAA Quality, 100% Human, Remy Hair. Our Clients and we expect delivery of the right product, at the right place, and at the right time. Our customers expect only NEW product that has not been opened, or handled except when we test product for quality. So that we may ensure product authenticity, we do not accept hair returns unless pre approved for unique reasons. Hair must not be opened from packages, or closures opened in any way. Packaging is transparent, and colors are easily matched without opening packages. If pre approved for exchange, your hair may be exchanged for like item such as color, length, texture, or brand exchange. Any price difference for the specific items exchanged will be calculated, and exchanges will be charged the standard shipping rates per requested delivery time. Exchanges requests must be made in writing, or by phone within 3-business days of you receiving your order. NO returns, or exchanges will be accepted for hair packages, or closures which have been opened or altered in any way. All pre approved returns are charged a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are paid to the couriers, and therefore not refunded.
